Why I Started This
I’ve spent 25 years in construction — from steel fabrication shops to enterprise technology. I’ve sat in trailers, walked jobsites, and helped specialty contractors figure out how to run better, more profitable, lower-risk projects.
I’ve also rebuilt my own life — from divorce and doubt to faith and family. I got baptized at 49 alongside my sons. I married the love of my life at 48. I’m raising four kids in a blended family.
The Rebuild is where all of that comes together. Construction and faith. Technology and leadership. The professional and the personal. Because it’s all connected.
